I've decided not to add WI-53 to my order.

However, the website says payment received for my Ducan, and the charges have come off the credit card. Is there a problem?

if a customer makes a credit card payment

then we need the information of the card for the safety for both the customer and us.


We don't make the depature until the customer gives us the card information :)

Thank you once more for getting back to me. I appreciate this level of customer service.

My husband (Samuel Veilleux) is the one who placed the order, but the doll would be shipped to me. (The billing address and the shipping address are different to reflect this). He has sent you copies of his drivers license and credit card for your review (sveilleux1@fairpoint.com), as well as a second email asking when the order would be considered received.

For my own records I'd like to just confirm that the date you have the order received is January 16th, and not this week when you got the copies of his identification. Our credit card statement and your website both say that is when you collected the payment, and I would just like to know that you recognize that as the order date.

I ask this now because I'm aware that your wait time is 5 weeks, and it would be upsetting to me to know that because of this small mix-up that my order has been delayed that two weeks longer.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding. This is my first doll purchase so I'm still new to the process.

I'm not upset, just a little confused, and you've been very polite and helpful with all of my questions. I don't mean to be a bother, I was just looking for some clarity.

He sent the things you asked for anyway because until earlier today we were not sure if you needed them to finish processing the order officially or not. You've got them now from his email address at work if you need them.

I was reading your ordering procedure page, however, and I have another concern (I'm sorry, I keep asking so many questions)

It says you only ship to the billing address. Is this true? Samuel Veilleux is my husband, and we're living in two different places right now, and this is my birthday gift from him. If you need some sort of signed statement from him, he's willing to do that, but we would really prefer if the doll was shipped to the shipping address, and not the billing.
